I'm the kind of person who never gets enough of someone else skin on skin is my obsession, or I should say one of many but only if it's your hand on my body I'm not addicted to anyone else in the same way I am with you your eyes remind me of the sun setting during that walk in the forest I dream that we would take some day your lips soft and kissable, I get sad when I have to stop and your smell is something I wish I could bottle up and save for those night when i have to sleep without you loneliness kills darkness doesn't help and when you're all i can think about? I dont know how I'm still alive

in my dreams stripes turn into teeth the thought of monsters grip me strangle me until i cant breathe come out from underneath my bed or they wait hiding in my closet when the darkness rises they do just the same all caused by depression lowering my own self worth waking up with cold sweats hands shaking, legs shaking middle of the night and i cant breathe trapped with anxiety i feel like im not going to survive. this happens more often then not and i cant ask for help without feeling helpless scared if someone i knew found out i struggle with mental health issues it is difficult for me to breathe if i told my parents they wouldn't understand

I regret the days I spent trying to forget that you existed and I regret the times I spent laying awake all night crying when you left me I regret not moving on in haste so I didn't have to miss you so much I don't want to think about you anymore, I don't want to waste my precise time anymore Now I only spend my nights driving past "open 24 hours a day 7 days a week" signs without stopping until the gas light blinks and the tank runs dry The only thing that's left to worry about is where to go and how to get there

It's been weeks and i still think about you I still have the cigarette that you left I almost miss those green eyes of yours and looking into them when we kissed It felt like a dream and your lips, so soft the apartment from that night is empty now and I'm gone I know that one day you'll return there looking for me but I'll be across the world searching for much more than a night of passion to get away from a life of pain

I never really do journal entries so maybe I should start with this! It gives you guys a chance to know more about me and why I write and stuff like that, I hope you like what I have to say :) 1. Also, after reading a bit from your latest journal, I found we have something in common. I also want to publish a book someday. I feel quite the same actually. I've been through a lot and reading poetry has been sort of a comfort to me when I was having a tough time, so I would like to offer that to the rest of the world.
